Holy Communion is not a solemn funeral ritual or a religious obligation intended to revive guilt or inspect your personal failures. It is the feast of Total Restoration and Healing (Soteria), a moment of intimate communion designed to transfer the vitality of the risen Christ directly into your spirit, soul, and physical body.
Day 1: The Eucharist – A Meal of Celebration and Joy

Day 2: Discerning His Person Rather Than the "Means"

Before eating, take a moment to contemplate the beauty and gentleness of your Good Shepherd. He loves you individually, knows your name, and knows your pains and weariness.
Appropriation gesture: Take the bread and say softly: « Jesus, I do not take this bread as cold medicine. I look at You. I receive Your love flowing into me right now. »
Day 3: The Single Wound (Mólóps) and Restorative Justice

- While some healings are instantaneous, others manifest progressively. Abraham waited patiently without wavering in Living Trust (Pistis). Communion is taken with "belt fastened", in a posture of imminent departure from sickness.

- Panicking or doubting as soon as symptoms do not vanish instantly, thinking healing has failed.
